In a practice, you sign your clinical note with your verified professional license. In a law firm, you sign case entries with your user. Once signed, nobody can change or delete them. If you correct a note, the version you signed stays on file as it was.

Law firms
Every deadline has an owner, a date and a status. When you open Zaki, the ones coming due are at the top. It spells them out, like “Due today” or “3 days left”, not just with colors. You also get the reminder by email. If you load your jurisdiction's court calendar, Zaki suggests the due date and shows how it counted each day. You confirm it.

In a practice, you run the register with its daily close and your session packages, and you see what came in per provider. In a law firm, you track fixed fees, staged fees or retainers, with their payments. In both, you see what each person owes.

It's the same Zaki for all three. The words change, the forms change, and so does what each one needs to watch.
There are two connections, and both are optional. Each person turns them on from their own account.
You sign in with your Google account instead of typing a password. First you link it under “Mi cuenta” (My account). Two-step verification is still required.
You pick which calendar your appointments go to. If you don't pick, they go to your primary one. When Zaki books, moves or cancels an appointment, the change shows up there. If you put something on that calendar, that time gets blocked in Zaki. And if you move or delete an appointment's event, the appointment changes in Zaki too. You can add other calendars just to block your busy times. We don't store their titles.
We never send Google clinical or case details. The event only carries initials, reference number, service, price and whether it's been paid.
How we handle Google dataHealth data and your clients' data are sensitive personal data. If anyone ever asks you to account for it, it's all on record: who saw what, and when.
A signed clinical note or case entry can't be changed or deleted. If you correct a note, the version you signed is kept with its date and signer, as Mexico's medical records rule (NOM-004) requires.
Record content is stored encrypted. The data is yours: export it to CSV and JSON whenever you want, at no cost. The LFPDPPP is Mexico's personal data protection law.
The audit log records who opened what and when, not just who changed it. Nobody can edit it. If anyone ever asks you to account for something, that's your backup.
Having the permission isn't enough. Without a verified professional license (cédula), Zaki won't let you sign the note. Consents are signed on screen, with date and time.

There is one price table for both. Between a practice and a law firm, the words change, not the bill. Businesses join through a pilot program and can't sign up online.

We hand you Zaki ready to work. We set it up, load your schedule and service catalog, and make 2 customizations. From your Excel file we import up to 100 patients or clients; anything beyond that is quoted separately. If you'd rather do it yourself, you pay nothing: everything can be loaded from the panel. Connecting the website you already have is quoted separately.
The price depends on the size of your organization, not your specialty or practice area. A three-attorney law firm pays the same as a three-provider practice.
Only providers who sign count. Front desk, interns and support staff get their own user and permissions without taking a paid seat. If they shared passwords, the audit log could no longer tell you who did what.
Training is included on every plan: an online session with your team, whether or not you buy setup.
On every plan, reminders go out by email and never say why the patient is coming in. WhatsApp is in verification with Meta. Very soon you'll be able to connect your own number on any plan, at no extra cost from Zaki. Meta bills the messages straight to your account, a few cents each.

Nobody from another organization can see it: if someone asks for something that isn't theirs, Zaki says it doesn't exist. On top of that, records are encrypted and it's logged who reads them.
