Your matters and deadlines, in order.

Before a matter opens, Zaki checks for conflicts of interest and records who approved it. Every deadline has an owner and moves to the top as it gets close. What you sign can't be altered, and you know who owes you. The AI assistant for law firms is coming soon.

What Zaki does in your firm.

From new client to payment. An advisory or contract matter has no court and no case number, and Zaki doesn't make you invent them.

Law firms

Before the file is created, Zaki looks for the client and each party among your clients, your prospects and the parties in your other matters. If it finds a match, the matter stays closed until someone approves it. Whoever approves writes down why, and that stays in the file.

Zaki

Heads up: that opposing party is already your client. Needs approval.

Law firms

Every deadline has an owner, a date and a status. When you open Zaki, the ones coming due are at the top. It spells them out, like “Due today” or “3 days left”, not just with colors. You also get the reminder by email. If you load your jurisdiction's court calendar, Zaki suggests the due date and shows how it counted each day. You confirm it.

Zaki

The answer to the complaint is due tomorrow. I emailed you.

Law firms

Every matter has its own space. Its case entries, tasks, deadlines and documents live there, each with an owner and a date. A signed entry can't be changed or deleted. Removing a document requires a reason.

Zaki

Pérez matter: one deadline this week and two open tasks.

Law firms

You send the service agreement or fee letter out for signature. Your client gets the link by email. They sign with a one-time code that confirms the email is really theirs. Once signed, the document can't be altered. It's stored with the date, the time and a file fingerprint that gives away any change.

Zaki

Your client got the fee letter. Still waiting on their signature.

Law firms

You can bill a fixed fee, a staged fee or a recurring retainer. You see advances, payments and the balance for each client and each matter. Nobody can lower an amount below what's already been paid. Every change is logged.

Zaki

Pérez owes $3,000 on his retainer. I marked it overdue.

Law firms

In their portal they see what you choose to publish: case entries, documents and who's handling their matter. Whatever you don't publish stays inside the firm.

Zaki

Mrs. Pérez can now see in her portal how her matter is going.

It records who did what and when, even who only read something. You can filter by person, action or date. You export it to CSV or PDF, and that export is logged too. In a law firm, each client consent is stored with its version and date.

At 10:12 Laura opened Ana's record. It's logged.

What law firms already do with Zaki.

  • Individual and corporate clients, with their contacts and their matters.
  • Conflict-of-interest check before every matter opens. If someone approves a match, they write down why.
  • Each matter with its practice area, status, owner and opposing party.
  • Prospects with their source. When they become clients, their details are already there.

  • Case entries get signed and, once signed, can't be changed.
  • Tasks with an owner and a due date.
  • Deadlines with an owner and a status. Alerts arrive inside Zaki and by email.
  • Deadline computation with the court calendar loaded. Zaki proposes the due date and shows how it counted each day. You confirm it.
  • Matter documents are encrypted and versioned. There's a trail of who uploads, views or removes them, and removing one needs a reason.
  • Simple electronic signature for the engagement agreement and fee letter, with a one-time code by email.

  • Fixed fees, staged fees or retainers, with installments, advances, payments and balance.
  • Billable hours with a timer and approval. The rate comes from the matter, the client, the attorney or their tier. Approved time keeps the rate it was approved at.
  • A dashboard with upcoming deadlines, overdue tasks, open files, receivables and prospects in progress.
  • The firm's register. With multiple offices, each closes its own, and you filter matters, clients and reports by office.
  • Client portal under your brand, where they check how their matter is going.

  • Anti-money laundering (LFPIORPI): client file with the beneficial owner. You screen it against the lists you upload (UIF, 69-B, PEP). Zaki reminds you of the report due on the 17th and keeps everything for ten years.
  • Your client's consents, with their version and date. In the practice areas you choose, the matter can't be entered without them.
  • Permissions person by person, two-step verification and an audit log you can filter and export.

What Zaki doesn't do, said plainly.

It doesn't watch court bulletins or portals

You enter the notice yourself. Zaki proposes the deadline using the loaded court calendar, but you're the one who confirms it.

It doesn't issue CFDI tax invoices

And it doesn't replace your accountant.

It doesn't file reports with the SAT

For anti-money laundering, it reminds you of the report and stores the receipt. Filing it is still on you.

No WhatsApp messages yet

Deadline alerts arrive inside Zaki and by email. WhatsApp is coming soon: we're going through Meta's verification.

If you need anything on this list today, Zaki won't handle it for you. Better you know now than in month three.

What the law asks for.

Your clients' data is personal data, and Mexican law protects it (LFPDPPP). You decide what each person on your team can see. Everything goes into an audit log nobody can edit.

Every matter has an owner

Zaki always knows who it is. Nobody has to remember.

Whoever runs the register can't open the file

Seeing fees and balances doesn't give them access to what's in the matter.

Permissions go person by person

They're granted and removed one at a time. If one rule grants a permission and another removes it, the removal wins.

Reading a file leaves a trail

The audit log records reads, not just changes. And nobody can edit it.

Pricing

A practice and a law firm pay the same.

There is one price table for both. Between a practice and a law firm, the words change, not the bill. Businesses join through a pilot program and can't sign up online.

Your personal assistant, included in every plan. Today it's for health practices. Every night Zaki learns from your practice. In the morning it tells you what needs attention, and as you write it finishes your notes in your style. It costs nothing extra. You review and decide, and it's still in testing. Coming soon: a draft note from the recorded visit, with the patient's consent, and the assistant for law firms.

Extras, only if you want them

Marketing

$349 per month

Email campaigns to your patients. Use them to bring back people who stopped coming, announce a new service or wish someone a happy birthday. Premium already includes it.

Setup

$2,299 one time, optional

We hand you Zaki ready to work. We set it up, load your schedule and service catalog, and make 2 customizations. From your Excel file we import up to 100 patients or clients; anything beyond that is quoted separately. If you'd rather do it yourself, you pay nothing: everything can be loaded from the panel. Connecting the website you already have is quoted separately.

The price depends on the size of your organization, not your specialty or practice area. A three-attorney law firm pays the same as a three-provider practice.

Only providers who sign count. Front desk, interns and support staff get their own user and permissions without taking a paid seat. If they shared passwords, the audit log could no longer tell you who did what.

Training is included on every plan: an online session with your team, whether or not you buy setup.

On every plan, reminders go out by email and never say why the patient is coming in. WhatsApp is in verification with Meta. Very soon you'll be able to connect your own number on any plan, at no extra cost from Zaki. Meta bills the messages straight to your account, a few cents each.

Launch pricing

  • For the first 10 organizations. Your monthly price stays locked for 12 months from sign-up.
  • No lock-in: pay month to month and cancel whenever you want.

Prices in MXN, VAT (IVA) included. No commitment: leave whenever you want and take your data with you. Valid through December 31, 2026.

Before you ask

What does the Zaki assistant do?

It takes care of the repetitive stuff so you can focus on people. Every night it learns from your practice: which appointments get lost, who might not show and who stopped coming. When you open Zaki, it shows you “Para hoy” (For today). As you write notes, it finishes your phrases in your style. Zaki suggests and you decide. It's in testing, and for now it's for health practices. Businesses get AI suggestions, also in testing. For law firms it's coming soon.

Where does my data live?

On IONOS servers in the United States, with a security certificate and backups. Your organization's data is kept separate from everyone else's. Nobody from another organization can see it: if someone asks for something that isn't theirs, Zaki says it doesn't exist. On top of that, records are encrypted and it's logged who reads them.

What if I stop using Zaki?

You take everything. Ask for a CSV and JSON export whenever you want, at no cost and with no waiting period. There's no lock-in and no penalty for leaving.

Does it work if several of us share a space?

That's what the Business Partners plan is for. Each provider has their own schedule and separate records. You share rooms and a front desk, and the business's register is visible in full.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It opens in the browser on your computer, tablet or phone. You don't buy servers or pay for hosting either: it's all in the monthly price.

How long does it take to get set up?

You're in as soon as you pay, and you can start loading your information right away. Online training for your team is included on every plan. If you buy setup, we configure it, import your data and make 2 customizations. That takes 3 to 5 business days from when you send us your data.

Who can see the records?

Only the people you authorize, person by person. The administrator sees operations and money, but the record stays with its provider. And every time someone reads it, it's logged.

Does Zaki compute my deadlines?

It proposes the due date, but it doesn't decide it. With your jurisdiction's court calendar loaded, it counts the days, skips non-business days and shows you how it got to the date, day by day. You confirm it, and the record shows who did. If your jurisdiction doesn't have a calendar yet, you enter the date by hand. Either way, Zaki puts the deadline at the top of the dashboard, with an owner and an email reminder.

Can I bill by the hour?

Yes. Each attorney logs their time, by hand or with a timer, and the partner in charge approves it. The rate comes from the firm's rate card. It can be set by matter, client, attorney or tier, and the most specific one wins. Approved time keeps its rate even if the rate card changes later. Then it goes to billing like any other fee.

Why does it cost more than a $299 subscription?

Because it isn't the same thing. There are tools from $299 MXN a month, but with a cap on case files and no trail of who read what. Here you're paying for a mandatory conflict check, documents that can't be altered and an audit log that even records reads. If all you need is a shared filing cabinet, tell us in the demo and we'll tell you that's not us.

Start today. You're in as soon as you pay.

Pick your plan, pay by card and add your team in three screens. No commitment: leave whenever you want and take your data with you.

Rather see it first?

Half an hour by video call or at your firm, with two or three of your own cases. If something you need doesn't exist yet, we tell you right there.
